Best months for a tournament in the Okanagan?
May through October. Peak: June through September. Shoulder months (May, October) often deliver better course availability and prices.
The Okanagan has more top-100 golf courses per square kilometre than almost anywhere in Canada. Predator Ridge, Tower Ranch, Gallagher's Canyon, The Harvest, The Bear, Black Mountain — we work with all of them.
We run corporate golf tournaments start to finish — charity tournaments, corporate appreciation rounds, member-guest events, partner entertaining — tee-time blocks, format and scoring (scramble, best ball, whatever fits the group), course-day logistics, hospitality stations on the course, prize structure, the post-round dinner and awards, sponsor activations between holes.

Course relationships matter. Some courses block corporates in shoulder season, some embrace them. We know which is which, and which course will give you a Saturday tee block in July.
The most common reason tournaments feel flat is format mismatch. Best ball for a beginner-heavy field is brutal; a scramble with a 28-handicap difference is unfair. We design format for the actual players showing up.
Tournaments are won and lost at the post-round dinner. We produce it as deliberately as the round itself — awards, hospitality, food cadence, the speeches that need to land.

From 36-player intimate scrambles to 144-player full-field tournaments. Most fall between 60 and 100.
Yes — sponsor outreach support, on-course activation, signage design, prize procurement, recognition at the post-round program. We have done charity tournaments where sponsor activation generated 40% of the day's donations.
Priority dates at top-tier courses (Predator, Tower Ranch, Gallagher's) need to be locked 6–9 months out for July/August. Outside peak, 3 months is comfortable.
