CANDICE
MELWICKS.
AN INDIGENOUS
PROFESSIONAL.
An Indigenous professional rooted in Kelowna, BC. Driven by the belief that opportunity is everywhere.
Energized by creativity, variety, and the kind of challenges that make most people nervous.
Pivoting and improving aren't setbacks.
They're our heartbeat.
BECAUSE THEY
DEMAND
EVERYTHING.
Real stakes. Real budgets. Real leadership teams watching.
There's no room for average and no hiding behind a flower wall.
That environment is where we thrive — and where we do our best work.
WE MOVE WITH
PURPOSE.
In a community that moves at its own pace, we move with purpose. Genuine responsiveness — the kind sealed with a handshake and eye contact you can't find in a virtual world.
Intentional, authentic, and someone who simply makes things happen.
CONNECTIONS ARE EVERYTHING.
Relationships and reputation open doors. We're proud to be part of that network — trusted by professionals, entrepreneurs, and local businesses who drive this community forward.
