GALAS
AWARDS.

The room they tell the office about on Monday.

A gala only has one job: "make people feel something," and have that feeling stick to your brand or your team afterward.

We build toward that on purpose. The order things happen in, how the room looks, when the food comes out, the music, the lighting — none of it's an accident, and it's the reason a night turns into "the one everyone's still talking about" instead of just another event on the calendar.

WHO WE BUILD
THIS FOR.

  • → Corporates running annual employee appreciation or holiday events
  • → Industry associations producing awards programs
  • → Companies celebrating milestones — IPO, 25-year, founder retirement
  • → Brands hosting client appreciation evenings
  • → Charities running fundraising galas (corporate-style, not country-club)

END TO END.

WHY US.

01

THE ARRIVAL IS THE EVENT.

Most galas fail at the door. We design arrival as deliberately as the main program — flow, music, drink in hand inside 90 seconds, music level that lets people hear each other.

02

ON-STAGE MOMENTS WITHOUT THE AWKWARDNESS.

Awards programs, founder speeches, surprise moments — produced with the timing, AV, and presenter coaching that keeps them feeling sharp, not corporate.

03

FOOD CADENCE MATTERS.

We work with chefs and caterers who understand that an hour-long plated dinner kills momentum. Course timing, family-style stations, late-night bites — designed for energy, not just menu.

ASKED AND
ANSWERED.

01

What size galas do you produce?

From 40-person intimate appreciation dinners to 400-person black-tie awards programs. Most of what we do lands between 100 and 250 guests.

02

Can you handle the awards program / on-stage moments?

Yes — script, stage management, presenter coaching, video packages, on-screen graphics, the lot. We have produced awards programs ranging from 3 categories with founder presentations to 20 categories with rotating presenters.

03

Catering — do you have a list or can we bring our preferred chef?

Both. We have a vetted list of caterers and chefs across the Okanagan we trust. If you have a preferred chef or restaurant partner, we work with them directly.

04

Holiday parties — December is brutal for venue availability. How do you handle that?

Book by August at the latest for December dates. We hold our priority dates with key venues each year for repeat clients; new clients we work to slot into what is available or steer to January (which is increasingly popular and far better for budget).

BASIC IS BORING.
