We work with leadership teams where conversation in the room is the entire reason for the retreat. We don't post case studies. We don't list our retreat clients. NDAs are signed before contracts.

Most of our retreats run 8 to 40 attendees. We've produced as small as a 4-person board retreat and as large as a 120-person leadership summit. The Okanagan estate properties top out around 60 overnight; larger groups means we split accommodations.
For the best venues in peak season (June–September), 6 months ahead. For shoulder season (April–May, October), 3 months is workable. We have handled compressed timelines under 6 weeks — call us.
We produce the retreat. Facilitation comes from your team, a hired facilitator we vet, or one of our partnered leadership-development practitioners — whatever fits.
