What venue capacity range do you produce?
We regularly produce 80 to 400 attendees. Larger than that, we partner with downtown-Vancouver venues; smaller than 80, we steer toward retreat or executive-summit formats.
We run conferences — venue, AV, run-of-show, breakouts, the dinners, and attendee logistics from arrival lounge to departure transport. The guest list might be 5 people or 500; the requirements don't change.
Every detail gets locked down the same way, every time. We run the agenda, the room, and everything in between.

Lighting, sound, video, comms, and the people running them are 50% of attendee perception. We bring a production team that runs the room at festival quality and corporate reliability.
We design sponsor activations that move sponsors from logo-placement to actual lead generation — and report on it. The result: sponsors that renew.
Every transition, every breakout, every meal, every shuttle — timed, owned, communicated. If something falls behind by 3 minutes, you'll know which 3 minutes and how we're closing the gap.

Yes. Hybrid is a production discipline of its own — we bring streaming AV partners, captioning, virtual moderation tools, and remote-attendee experience design. Tell us your platform of choice or we recommend one.
We do not represent speakers ourselves, but we have a strong bench of speaker bureaus we work with. We also handle full speaker-side logistics: travel, prep, green-room, AV walkthroughs, on-stage support.
Yes — design, build, install, dismantle, and shipping. We work with display partners we've used for years; you get the design files and we handle everything else.
