Anyone can call OpenTable. We can call the chef directly, on his cell, and ask if he can do a 10-top with a 24-hour notice. Different category.
Confidentiality is the entire offering. Our staff and vendors sign NDAs as a default. We don't talk about who we host.
If the email lands at 8am, we answer by 9am. If it lands at 11pm Friday, we answer Saturday morning. Concierge service that responds Tuesday is not a concierge service.
Both. Some clients have us on a monthly retainer because they entertain in the Okanagan regularly. Most engage us per-trip or per-event. Tell us what you need, we recommend the structure.
We have organized arrival dinners with 36 hours notice. Below that depends on the ask and the week. Try us.
